Emergency Glass Company is THE BEST! When a local handyman saw my window pics & replied "I can't fix your window, but call...they can help", that referred local company said "we can be there in 4 or 5 days" & another company said "the earliest I can squeeze you in is almost 2 wks away" just to get measurements & still have to wait another 2wks for the window to arrive for both companies, I ALMOST LOST HOPE UNTIL CALLING EMERGENCY GLASS COMPANY! I explained my situation/horror story mishap to Kayla (such an attentive young lady) & she had someone (Joanne I believe) out the NEXT MORNING to take measurements, pics, etc & 3 days later I'm all taken care of in less than 20mins & the techs even disposed of my broken glass & window parts for me. Let me tell you...service & communication was top notch from start to finish & I'm grateful to have a glass company I feel confident in calling if I have a problem & I also feel confident in recommending them to those on our community page in need of glass or window services as well. I feel safer now that the window is repaired & can finally exhale! THANK YOU EMERGENCY GLASS COMPANY TEAM & STAY SAFE OUT THERE!

I usually don't do reviews but I felt the need to let everyone know how AWESOME Emergency Glass Company was in my time of need. I just want to say Michelle(same name lol) was a priceless gem in this whole process. She kept me informed and guided me through every step. Her voice and friendly nature let me know everything would be alright. And it was! She even called me after the replacement to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Talk about customer service. Amazing! I also have to give a shout out to Alvin, who came in replaced my window and gave me tips on how to preserve it. His expertise was on full display. Thank you all for everything! P.S. Please tell the young man that measured my windows that I said thank you and that I appreciate him because he was awesome too!

Alvin did a great job replacing window panes at a historic building that had some challenges. He was very professional, hard working and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend this company if you are in need of glass work.

We called Emergency Glass a few years ago to repair the glass for our bathroom window and the work was done within 24 hours - great work!! Curtis was phenomenal!! Love this guy! So, when our sliding door glass was shattered recently they came right out and as soon as they received the glass, it was repaired. Looks better than the original work!! The guys were so courteous and overall great at what they do. There is no other place we will call, while here in Charlotte.
